Where do you ship?
Coterie currently ships to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. We are hoping to expand to other countries in the future. 

How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. 

How soon will my products ship?
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Orders placed after 1 PM Eastern Time will be processed the next business day.

How do I check my order status?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as the order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number, where you can check the status of your delivery. 

How do I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or canceled.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Apple Pay.

How soon will I be charged?
You will be charged as soon as you place the order and it is processed.

Do you offer returns and exchanges?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please reach out to support@paisley.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange, and we'll take care of the rest.

What happens if my order is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
We're so sorry that your order isn’t perfect. Please e-mail support@paisley.com with your order number and we'll get everything sorted out.
